RECOVERY OF STOLEN GOODS
Per Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Ferris, Hamilton, and Sinclair, who were recently sentenced for burglary were sued to-day by Levy and Cd. for* the recovery of £3O 8s lid stolen from their premises. The prisoners' refused to admit that the money found on them £lO 4s Id in all, belonged to plaintiffs! but judgment was given ior the amount claimed, and costs £3 7s.
