SUPREME COURT.
Per Press Association. Napier, Last Night. At the Supremo Court to-day, Daniel Tohiil was senlrmed to six months' imprisonment with hard labour for thefts from the railway goods shed at Wai-pa-wa.
Arthur Graham Owen, who pleaded guilty to making a false declaration that he was a bachelor, was remanded for sentence. William Smith, who pleaded guilty to two charges of false pretences, was also remanded for sentence. The jury disagreed in the case of Albert Anderson, charged with indecent assault on a girl six years of age. A new trial will probably be ordered.
