A DOCTOR FINED.

Per Press Association. Auckland, Saturday. Dr Harding Porter was fined £7, with £2 169 costs, for failing to report a case of scarlet fever winch he had attended. Defendant had ordered a child to be taken to the hospital, but had failed to notify the Health Department. He said he was ill himself nt the time, and the need for notifying the Department had been overlooked. Mr Dyer. S.M., said defendant had been previously warned about a case he was attending. He had no excuse.
