SUGGESTED BY LORD BRASSEY. , Received Sept. 19, 0.50 p.m. London, September 19. Lord Brnssey, addressing the Association of the Chambers of Commerce fit Liverpool, suggested that the State purchase the railways, beginning with those in Ireland.
