MOROCCAN DISTURBANCES.
GENERAL DRUPE'S CONDITIONS ACCEPTED. Received Sept. 18, 11.14 p.m. Morocco, September 18. The situation at Casablanca is much Improved. Tribal delegates accepted General Drude's conditions, which pre'dade the Arabs carrying anna within twelve kilometres of Casablanca. The kaids and tribal chiefs meet General Drude on Thursday.
