HIXDU IMMICRAXTS EXPELLED FROM 'FRISCO. San Francisco, September 17. The steamer Dominion, carrying ill Hindu immigrants, was expelled fron Rellingham Ray. TRADES COXdRESS' DEMANDS. Received Sept. 18, 11.14 p.m. < Ottawa, September 18. The Trade and Labor Congress a! Winnipeg demand an Anglo-Japanesi treaty permitting (sic) Japanese to entci the Dominion. Strong feeling was ex pressed in favor of excluding all undesirable immigrants.
