CAPE PARLIAMENT DEADLOCK
THE COUNCIL ADAMANT. Capetown, September 16. The deadlock- in the Cape Parliament continues. The Council rejected Mr Graafs amendment offering to pass the supply vote provided the Ministry resigned or dissolved Parliament during the present year.
