CHARGES WITHDRAWN. London. September 15. The police hirte withdrawn the charges against Morgan, the butcher, of maiming horses at Great Wyrlev. Tlie prosecution wis a fiasco. NO EVIDENCE. Received Kith, 10.33 p.m. London, September 111. The presiding magistrate, in discharging Morgan, remarked that the Bench considered Morgan himself was responsible for bis arrest, bv a foolish statement made by him some ago that he was not averse to committing a crime or to help to clear Edalji. The police admitted they had no evidence to secure a conviction. ]
