The Secretary for War, Hon. K. It. Haldane, speaking at Blair Athole, in tka Hlghands, said the new annv sys-l tea mold supersede the old On March. 1908. Prolal-ly three millic n i pound* per year would be spent on the TOiunteers in future.
The Colonial Premiers, Mr Haldane added, had undertiken to provide for local forces in the same spirit, and to be ready for Imperial emcrgem-ies.
