m THE QUESTION OF CHARGING. Received 13th, 11.20 p.m. Melbourne, September 13. In on appeal arising out of a case wheren a fine of £650 (sic) waa imposed for charging admission to a Sunday concert, the High Court, by 3 to 2, decided that while persons could not l.e charged for admission to a building on Sundays, they could be charged for admission to reserved seats after having entered the building. The appeal was upheld, sod the fine quashed.
