FRANCE ASSUMING AGGRESSIVE • ATTITUDE. Received 12th, J0.55 p.m, Paris, September 12. M, Cldmenceau, interviewed, stated that the Government had requested; General Drude to take the offensive in Morocco, but without indicating any definite operations, inasmuch as we are not competent to indicate our programme. He added that ft h Snow* we desire a rapid, limited operation, leaving no doubt ol its offensive charMfer. .
