THE TE AROHA INQUIRY.
Per Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. After lengthy evidence the bench of inquiry into the charges of sending the 'le Aroha to sea in an unseaworthv condition dismissed the case, as it had not been proved that the owner and master "knowingly" sent the vessel to sea in an unseaworthy condition.
