« —~—.. Per Press Association. Wellington, Wednesday. At the Supreme Court a youth named Charles McAulay was sentenced to six months' imprisonment for the theft of money from his employer. Timaru, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day G. H. Parsons, late Town Clerk at Waimate, was acquitted on a, charge of embezzlement. Palmerston Northeast Night.' At the Supreme Court to-day Apostolos Rapheles, a Greek, was charged . with assaulting a fellow-countryman, G. Gambestis. Accused was alleged to have ' stabbed the latter with a knife. The jury acquitted.Charles Richard Bushett charged with forgery and uttering.
