RAISULTS IMPOSSIBLE DEMANDS. London, September 0. The Times says it is impossible for any civilised Government to concede Raisuli's demands. PRETENDER' MAKING ADVANCES TO GERMANY. Morocco, September 9. It is reported that Mulai Hafld, the pretender to the Moroccan throne, is offering Germany the port of South Agadir, in consideration for substantial assistance. Mulai controls six thousand armed men.
