COLONIAL ANTIPATHY CRITICISED. London, September 0. The Time?, commenting on the recent outbreaks of feeling against Indians in the South African colonies, appeals for fair play for them. The payer savs: "While the self-governing colonies arc justified in Uking adequate measures to preserve their splendid heritage to the white race-, there is a point beyond which the precaution becomes prejudiced, and the adequate passes into the unreasonable."
