Per Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. I lie annual meeting of the Wellington V oollen Manufacturing Company took place this afternoon. The report was adopted, recommending a dividend of & per cent, on ordinary and preference shares. The Hon. C. J. Johnston, M.L.C., and Mr. W. H. P. Barber, -U.H.K., were re-ejected to the directorate.
