JAPANESE LABOR IN CANADA.
Although the Candian Imigration Department has no official confirmation of the report that thousands of Japanese are coming to settle in Western Canada, an influx of Japanese has been expected for some time. The Legislature if British Columbia recently passed an Act prohibiting the employment of Japanese in mines, but this measure will undoubtedly be vetoed by the Federal Government. ,
