NEWFOUNDLAND FISHERIES.
A VrVESDf ARBANGED. Beceived Sept. 9, 9.30 p.m. London, September 9. It b officially announced that Brita : and the United States, pending arbiti vivendi for the conduct of the Newfoundland fisheries. The arrangements are substantially the same as that of 1908. American fishermen may ship Newfoundlanders as members of their ' crews outside the three-mile limit, and America, in return, waives the use of purse-seine nets, and also undertakes that American fishermen will not fish on Sundays.
