Darley (wife's petition), has conclude! -,M The petitioner brought a terrible a<> tnsation against her husband, who was captain of a coastal steamer, involving Iter daughter. Several officers of the steamer and members of the crew corroborated 'he ■wife's statement, but the medical evidence was flatly against it. It was also shown that the wife suffered from the opium habit. The judge dismissed the petition, and approved the prosecution of all the ■witnesses for the petitioner for perI»*7«
