Darley (wife's petition), has conclude! -,M The petitioner brought a terrible a<> tnsation against her husband, who was captain of a coastal steamer, involving Iter daughter. Several officers of the steamer and members of the crew corroborated 'he ■wife's statement, but the medical evidence was flatly against it.
