A crowd of Sinn Fein supporters pa thercd outside the hall and cirried by acclamation a- vote of no-eonSileiice in the Irish Parliamentary party. The crowd then tried to storm the Mansion House. Many were injured during conflicts with the police. Three were removed to the hospital. THH CONSTABULARY STRENGTHENED. Received lith, 9.51 p.m. London, Sept. fi.
