The totalisator for the two days turned over £13,570, against £12,420 for last year. There was a number of spills in the Steeplechase, and F.Whifohouse, rider of Bullworth, received internal injuries and was removed to a private hospital. Hunters' Hurdles.—Poplar 1, Earmark 2, Oryx 3. Also ran—Waitoa, Netherby, Waikura, Waterworks, Aesop, Lifebuoy. Won by a length. Time, 3minl 47sec. Dividends, £3 lis and 15s.

Electric.—Kaercroa 1, Nukutihi 2. Narrow Escape 3. Also ran— Goldwai! Pearlio, Alpigne. Won easily by two lengths. Time, Imin lOscc. Dividends, £3 4s anil lis.
