BLACKLEGS DENOUNCED. THE BELFAST TRAGEDY. INQUIRY CALLED FOBReceived Sept. 9.43 p.m. London, September 5. The Bath Congress fiercely denounced English blacklegs assisting the shipping federation to fight the strikers at Hamburg and Antwerp. It was unanimously fesolved to ask the Government to searching: y inquire into the shooting of the strikers at Belfast. Some strongly blamed the Bt. Hon. Mr. BirrelL Resolutions were passed is >avour of giving postal servants full civil rights and abolishing overtime in all trades.
