Invcrcargill, Tuesday, the case of the sailing vessel Stefano Razetto, recently sold at auction to satisfy a claim, camo before Mr Justice Williams again at the Supreme Court to-dny, when two motions by Tims. Brodrick and Co. wore discussed. The account due for payment out of charterer's freight was granted, less sums of £3O 10s 5d and '£BB 7a 6d, which are to be detained in Court and the matter of their payment settled in Dunedin. The second motion was fori payment out of court of the nett amount realised on the sale of the ship. Haggitt (who appeared in support of the motion) agreed that '£soo should be retained to cover any margin of con- ' testable items on the order made for 1 payment of £2050, the foes of tho ' agents and- appraisers to come out of that sum. 1
