MORE TROUBLE WITH HOTTER TOTS. MORENGA RETURNS TO OSPE - COLONY. Received 20th, 10.45 p.m. •Capetown, August 29. Eight Hottentots, apparently belonging to Reiffontein, attacked a German patrol near Bl'umpuotz, wounding a corporal. The chief Morenga, who recently crossed into German South-West Africa, , has returned to British territory.
