PERSONAL.
The Education Board will tlie nomination of Mr Gilbert Carsou as a member of the Wellington Training College Committee of Advice. The Dunedin Fire Board has appointed Captain Mitchell as superintendent at a salary of £2OO per annum. The Employers' Federation has decided to recommend afliliated associations that Mr S. Brown be again nominated as the employers' representative on the Arbitration Court, and Ml' W. Fryer as deputy representative.
