DISSATISFACTION IN UOI'SE OF COMMON'S. London, August 27. In the House of Commons, Air Harold Cox, in mentioning the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce representations regarding the Australian tariff, asked whether the Premier, Sir H. CampbcllBannprman, would consider tlie advis- °' atthe earliest opportunity relieving British tax payers of the expense of the squadron maintained for the defence of Australia. Sir Henry replied in the negative, dedaring that an entirely different set of arounrtances were involved in the mainieaaace of naval agreements. Many Individual exporters contend that Sir W.
