A MUNICIPAL APPOINTMENT.
Per Press Association. Dunedin, August 28. Jfr E. E. Stark, acting electrical engineer since Mr Goodman's retirement, was at to-night's meeting of the City Council appointed to the position at a salary of £7OO per annum.
