BAXTER SENTENCED TO DEATH. Received 27th, 9.30 p^n. Sydney, August 27.
Baxter wis sentenced to death for the Unrder of Mrs McXamara on July S. The defence was a pica of sudden tin powry insanity.
(Mrs McXamara, an old woman, v.-.s brutally done to death by Bailer, who subsequently confessed, for the few pounds she had stowxi away in lor house).
