Disappointment was expressed by the Wellington Hospital trustees at a meeting to-day, owing to the receipt of a letter from the Inspector-General, stating; that the. Government could not agree to the request for part of the Mount Vie.v Asylum grounds as a site for an infec tious diseases hospital. The trustees •ad olieral to give certain land in exchange. It was decided to again aj>' proach the Government on the matter.
