LONDON MARKETS. London, August 21. Copper—On spot, £7B; three months, £75 10s. Tin—On the spot, £lO7 ss; throe months, £IOO 10s. Wheat—An Australian cargo sold at 35s iy 2 d. Fifteen thousand quarters of South Australian, expected to arrive in September, sold for 30s 3d. At the tallow sales, 1528 casks were offered and 301 sold. Mutton, fine 30s 9d, medium 355; beef, fine 36s 3d, medium 31s.

THE MONEY MARKET. London, August 21. The market rate of discount on best three months' bills is 4% per cent.
