THE MOROCCO TROUBLES.
REVOLT AGAINST THE SULTAN'. Morocco, August 21 Eight hundred sharpshooters and one toadied Algerian scouts have reinforced General Druda at Casablanca. Mnlal Hand, a brother of the Sultan of Morocco, has been formally proclaimed Saltan and is reigning as such in the (Southern capital. Hitherto he has been favorably inclined io the Europeans, but the tribes may force him to adopt the opposite policy.
