AN AERONAUT KILLED. New York, August 19. T. French, an aeronaut, left his balloon with a parachute at a height of half a mile at New Haven, Connecticut. The parachute failed to open, and French was dashed to pieces. SEDITION IN INDIA. Bombay, August ID. Arabimla Ghose, editor of tha paper Bantle Matnram, has been arrested on a charge of sedition. He is a Cambridge graduate. AN ANTHRAX OUTBREAK. New York, August 19. Pierpont Morgan's stud of pedigree horses has been destroyed owing to an outbreak of anthrax. N.S. WALES ELECTIONS.
