DIVORCE.

Auckland, August 10. j In the Divorce Court Charles William L'Uing, a young man, petitioned for the I dissolution of his marriage with Lily Utting, on His grounds of adultery with a Chinaman named Willie Walt Hung. 1 There was no appearance for respondent or corespondent. Charles Uttlng said he was married on March 30, 1004. About a year later he ftngul his wife had misconducted herself. He condoned the offence, and took her hack. Subsequently lie learned that his wife had been living at Hamilton and in Auckland with co-respondent. The. evidence supported these allegations. Mr Justice Dcnniston ordered a decree nisi, with costs against co-respondent.
