A REASONABLE REQUEST.
Per Press Association. Dunedin, August 17. The Otago Coal Mine Owners' Association has forwarded a telegram to the Minister of Mines, protesting against a workers' representative being appointed on the Nightcaps Commission unless the employers are also represented, as the finding of the Commission may have serious effect on the coal mining industry-
