KAISER'S COURT SCANDAL.

Berlin, June 8. The extraordinary affair arising from the insinuations of Ilerr Maximilian Harden in the Zukuuft against the members of the KaTser's "Round Table," lias taken a now phase. Herr Harden definitely accused the "'Round Table" of attempting to influence the Emperor in political matters and of conspiring to overthrow Prince Kuelow. At the same time he hinted at strange practices •'"long the -conspirators" and talked of curious spiritualistic seances and "abnormal inclinations."

Prinee Philip zu Eulenberg, the head of the "Round Table" and owner of the Castle of Liebenberg, where the seances are alleged to have taken place, has followed up his resignation from the diplomatic service hy causing criminal proceedings to be brought against himself as a means of establishing (he groundlessness of the Zukunft's innuendos. Another member of the "Round Table,'' Count Cuno von Moltke, is bringing an action for personal libel against Hew Ifarden.

A prominent member of the French Embassy in Berlin is now declared to be one of the most conspicuous figures in the whole scandal.
