KOREA'S SUBJUGATION.
CONFLICT WITH JAPANESE. . Seoul, August 2. Three thousand Korean troops acquiesced in disbandment and received gratuities. The major commanding one regiment committed suicide, whereupon the troops attacked the Japanese. Several hours fighting ensued; 00 Koreans and 40 Japanese were killed and wounded.
