PENNY POSTAGE.
THE FINANCIAL ASPECT. Received 4th, 4.16 p.m. London, August 3. Mr Hominiker-Heaton, in a letter to The Times, ridicules the Right Hon. Sydney Buxton's iinaneial bogey in connection with universal penny postage, and declares a net loss of half a million j a year was impossible. It was improbable the , amount would exceed £125,000.
