TO-DAY'S TEST MATCH. TROUBLE OVER THE BCTF.REE. Per United Press Association.—By Telegraph.—Copyright. Received 3rd, 12.2 a.m. Sydney, August 2. With reference to Queensland's objection to the New Zealanders selecting Mr Morgan, a New South Wales referee for to-morrow's match, the secretary of the local union to-day received a wliv from the Queensland Union, stating it was thought unnecessary to incur the expense of sending Morgan, as already there were several New South Wales referees in Brisbane, besides Queensland's own competent men, and adding that tb' manager of the New Zealand team, vVn told that Queensland objected to Mr Morgan's appointment, appointed another referee. The manager of the New Zealand team wired to Mr Morgan regretting that Queensland declines to agree to his appointment.
