DESBANDMEXT OF THE ARMY. CONFLICT WITH THE JAPANESE. Received 2nd, 1118 pjn. Seoul, August 2. The disbandment of Korea troops led to a fight, in which 40 Koreans were killed and wounded. The Japanese casualties were slight.
