THE "PALACE OF PEACE."
FOUNDATION STONE LAID. - Received 31st, 10.2 p.m, Tho Hague, July 31. M. Nelidoff, in the presence of the Peace Convention delegates, members of the Belgian State, the general municipality of the Hague, and a vast concourse of people, laid the foundationstone of the Carnegie "Palace of Peace." He contrasted the ancient temples dedicated to war with the present eult of peace, and the international efforts to make peace a reality. A quartette and choir participated in the ceremony.
