THE CALLIOPE DOCK CASES.

Per Press Association. Auckland, July 31. In connection with the Calliope Dock cases, it is understood that notice of discontinuance will b6 entered in all the compensation cases against tho Harbor Board. Advice was received to-day that the application for special costs against the ShaWrSaville Company had been granted by Mr Justice Denniston. The total liability amounts to about £1250. It is also understood that the liirbor Board will still have to pay a similar amount to meet the whole of them.
