THE LAND BILL.
Per Preßs Association. Dunedin, July 30. The following resolution, passed by the Otago provincial Council of the New Zealand Farmers' Union, has been forwarded to the Minister of Landß: "That when Crown tenants' leases expire, or are surrendered, the' Government should provide in the Land Act for tenants liaving the right to appoint a valuer to act with the Government valuers.
