ItISH UNIONIST MJP.-S INDISCRETION. Received 25th, 12.14 ajn. London, July 24. Mr John Redmond accused Mr .Moore, ■ember for North Armagh, of writing a letter to Mr Bailey, one of the Irish Brtatri Commissioners, threatening him with drfers pains and penalties when the TJnioaJsts regained power. Amid an uproarious scene, the letter was read. Moore therein said that Bailey, though appointed by the Unionists to see fair play l*tween the two other Commissioners, had sold the party on every occasion. Mocre threatened to more for an inquiry when the Unhmis»s regained office. Mr Moore admitted that the letter was impudent, bat it was written in order to repel an unfair attack on Commissioner Wrench.
