SIR WILFRID LAURIER'S CONFIDENCE. Received 22nd, 10.7 p.m. Ottawa. July 22. Sir Wilfrid Lanrier received an ovation on his arrival at Quebec and Montreal. He declared he did not believe the All Red route was abandoned. If a cheek occurred, he would be spurred to greater exertion, since he was certain the scheme would eventually be accomplished.
