PROSPECT OF AGREEMENT. Sydney, July 19. A special meeting of the Coal Lump an' Union is being held to-day to discuss the employers' latest proposals. It >3 bettered that there is good reason for hoping that an amicable settlement of the trouble will result. Received 20th, 1.5 ajn. Sydney, July 19. The Coal Lumpers' Uuion discussed the employers' proposals with closed - doors, and the result was not divulged. - Jiey meet again to-morrow. The pro- * aseet of a settlement u still considered kopeful.
