A GERMAN VAIN OFFER. Received 18th, 11.8 pjn. Paris, July 18. A German firm vainly offered to purchase from M. Julliot, the inventor of the Bebaudy stcerable baloon, for £-50, 000, four times its real cost, for a similar balloon, alleging that it was required for sporting purposes.
