OPENED BY THEIR MAJESTIES. ReeeiTed 15th, 10.33 pan. London, July 15. King Edward and Queen Alexandra wen accorded a great reception at Cardiff, where tley opened the Alexandra Dock, half a mile long and 1000 im wide. In honor of the occasion a knighthood was conferred on Lord Mayor Crossniau, Who is a prominent trade unionist.
