ROTORUA TOWN BILL.

Per Press Association. Rotorua, July 15. The Chamber of Commerce ' to-day wired to Chambers of Commerce in the colony as follows; "Rotorua Town Bill being rushed through with undue haste. Wire your representatives to oppose the third reading to-morrow (Tuesday). The residents have hud no time to consider the proposals, which are very important." The following telegram' was sent to Sir Joseph Ward: "Residents very surprised at attempt to rush Rotorua Town Bill, without a chance for the consideration of its effects. Kindly postpone third reading." The unseemly haste is certainly not just 'to leaseholders, who should line a voice' in the management of the town. A telegram was also sent [to Mr I lorries, urging him to oppose the third reading. Eeiddenls consider the action of the Government most unconstitutional.
