The object of the Bill is to constitute the Board a "Leasing Authority" within the meaning of ''The Public' Bodies' Powers Act, 1887." with respect to sections numbered 10# and 1018 on the plan of the town of New Plymouth, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 1 perches, and parts of sections numbered 1255 and 1256 on the pian of the torn of "New Plymouth and part section numbered X on the plan of the Town Belt of New Plymouth, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 10.4 perches.
