LOCAI, bill. rpHE Board of Trustees for Public Recreation, notifies its intontion to introduce a Bill at the present sitting of Parliament, the short title whereof is "The Taranaki Botanie Garden Act, 1870, Amendment Act, 1907." The object of the Bill is to constitute the Board a "Leasing Authority" within the meaning of ''The Public' Bodies' Powers Act, 1887." with respect to sections numbered 10# and 1018 on the plan of the town of New Plymouth, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 1 perches, and parts of sections numbered 1255 and 1256 on the pian of the torn of "New Plymouth and part section numbered X on the plan of the Town Belt of New Plymouth, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 10.4 perches.
