THE CHURCH AND DANCING.
Per Press Association. Wellington July 8. At the Anglican Synod to-day, the Rev. A. E. Worsley moved that this synod deprecates the association of dancing with any method adopted for raising funds for the work of the church throughout tills diocose. The Bev. H. J. Dean seconded. Rev. C. O. Harper moved—"That the synod pass on to the next order of the day," and this was carried on the voices.
